Credit card fees are 4.5%

Travel fees - If your event is more than 3 hours one way you will be responsible for a travel fee of $300 (travel fees consist of gas and lodging for 2 employees).

Security/Damage Deposit $150 - this will be returned to you 7-10 days after your event if there is no damage.

The Ultimate Tea Party          25 Guests       

Includes 25 place settings comprised of: a teacup with saucer, a dessert plate, a berry bowl, silverware and a water goblet. The Ultimate also comes with 3 tea pots, 3 sugar and creamer sets, 3 three tier serving trays, vintage linens and 1 tea cart for mobile service (depending on the flooring of the venue). The Ultimate Tea Party also comes with 4 different varieties of tea bags, cream and sugar, fresh berries, tea sandwiches, cookies and scones or individual cakes. You can replace cookies with macarons (1 dozen for $30, prices subject to change without notice).

The Event Tea Party               15 Guests         

Includes 15 place settings comprised of: a teacup with saucer, a dessert plate, a berry bowl, silverware and a water goblet. The Event also comes with 2 tea pots, 2 sugar and creamer sets, 2 three tier serving trays, vintage linens and 1 tea cart for mobile service (depending on the flooring of the venue). Includes 5-6 place settings comprised of a teacup with saucer, a dessert plate, a berry bowl, silverware and a water goblet. The Cozy also comes with 1 teapot, 1 sugar and creamer set, and 1 three tier serving tray. The Cozy Tea Party also comes with 2 different varieties of tea bags, cream and sugar, and cookies.

Photography               1 Hour $300 Candid shots choice of photographer. You will get to choose  25 - 30 of                                         the candid shots taken.

Flowers                         Dependent on flowers and current pricing

Tea Party Games.       1 Hour 2 - 3  Tea Party Games with person to run the games. $300

Fashion Show.             Dependent on current pricing

Art Show.                       Only cost is if you or someone purchases a painting

Fashion for Guests     This could be hats, gloves, or full ensembles. Cost is dependent on number of                                                    guests and fashion costs at time of tea.

Venue                            We will locate and walk through potential venues with you. Venues set their own                                            pricing.
