Episode 1: American Goulash Aired Friday February 9
Cookbook: The New Pillsbury Family Cookbook 1970s
American Goulash ingredients: 2 cups elbow macaroni 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1 15 oz. can diced tomatos 1 bell pepper chopped 1 medium onion chopped and I added 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste for richness. Bring a pot with water, salt and olive oil to a rolling boil. When boiling dump in elbow macaroni and cook until aldente. While macaroni boils, chop bell pepper and onion and add to a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook until bell pepper is soft and onion is translucent. Set aside. Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add in bell pepper and onion. Then add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix. Now stir in macaroni and a bit of the pasta water. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes to blend flavors together.

Episode 2: Club House Sandwich Airing Friday March 1
Cookbook: Mirro All Purpose CookBook 1950s
Club House Sandwich ingredients: Butter four slices of toast. Spread bottom slice with mayo and cover with lettuce, over which place three strips of crisp bacon and a slice of chicken. Cover with second slice of toast spread with mayo. Place lettuce leaf on top and a slice of tomato. Cover the next slice of toast. Spread with mayo arrange a lettuce leaf and cover with white meat of chicken. Cover with fourth slice of toast. Cut in half diagonally. Garnish with olives and a sprig of parsley.

Episode 3: Salmon Croquets/Cakes aired Friday March 22
Cookbook: Better Homes and Garden 1940s
Salmon Croquet/cakes ingredients: 1-2 cans salmon. Lemon juice, 1 egg, saltine crackers, powdered onion, garlic powder and paprika. Mix salmon with egg and saltines to bind. Add in lemon 1-2 teaspoons. Heat in skillet with hot oil. Serve with your choice of sides.
